M100号パネル制作 (make wooden panel)

100号サイズのパネル購入しようとネットを見たところ、なんとほぼ3万円！卒業制作で使用したF100のパネルは確か17000円くらいだったと記憶していましたが倍以上の価格上昇がそこにはありました。

そこでもう自分で作った方が安く済むだろうということで自分で作ることにしました。

まずは一番小さいサイズのM100号にしようと決めました。

ホームセンターを三ヶ所見て周り一番安価で販売しているところで購入し、配達をしていただきました。

売っている状態のまま配達してもらったのでベニヤ板は182cm、2.5cmの角材は2mで自分でそれぞれをカットしました。組み立てはそんなに苦労しませんでしたが、その前のカットはかなり時間がかかりました。

２日間ほどで完成してみて案外自分で作れることがわかって今後もそうしたいなと思いました。

かかった費用は1万2千円くらいでした。

When I looked online to buy a 100-size(162cmx130cm) panel, it was nearly 30,000 yen! I distinctly remembered the F100 panel I used for my graduation project costing around 17,000 yen, so the price had more than doubled.

That's when I decided it would be cheaper to make one myself.

First, I decided to go with the smallest size, M100(162cmx97cm).

I visited three DIY store and bought it from the cheapest one, arranging for delivery.

They delivered it as-is: the plywood was 182cm long, and the 2.5cm square timber was 2m long. I cut them both myself. Assembly wasn't too difficult, but the cutting beforehand took quite a while.

It took about two days to complete, and I was surprised I could make it myself. I think I'll do this again in the future.

The total cost was around 12,000 yen.
